Hi...yeah, you guys have sent me a new SIM to try but problem is same. I can send texts to others OK.
Strange issue is that the recipient that I’m having problems with can receive texts from others, on different networks (inc from their bank and carrier, for security purposes, etc)

Has the receiver had their network checked?
Have you or the receiver checked that you haven’t accidentally blocked each other?
