I stopped receiving OTPs from my bank around February this year. I’ve been with bank and ID for several years and couldn’t identify anything technical around that time that changed. My phone is Android, a year or two old.
My bank investigated and said they’re delivering the messagers correctly and it’s a network issue. I am receiving other OTPS from other services perfectly normally. I have had several webchats with ID which all result in them saying they’ll escalate the problem and then nothing happens.
i’ve tried the basic advice of resetting networks etc. and am running out of patience
