Not receiving OTP messages from abroad

I just moved to ID mobile but having issues with OTP messages from abroad. I double checked the number is correct, checked the blocked numbers as well but not recieving any OTP messages.

Hey there ​@Yana Borda, sorry to hear that. Are these numbers business numbers you’re trying to get a OTP from?

 

Do you have roaming and international features enabled via both the iD Mobile app/website and your phone’s own settings?

Are they a bank for example?

Financial services companies yes (not necessarily just a bank).

Hey there ​@Yana Borda, sorry to hear that. Have you contacted them in the first instance to see if there’s any issues or blocks their end with sending OTP’s to your SIM on our network? Or if they’re having issues at all in general with OTP’s?

It with two separate banks in two different countries and i have reached out to the first one and they said to check if number was blocked which wasn't but when the second bank happened figured it's something to do with the sim card.

Hi ​@Tyler C, I am having the same issue. When I asked the Live Chat support, they told me I had to raise the Bill Cap - even if I am receiving an SMS, not sending it. It didn’t work. They then told me to do a factory reset of the mobile network. It didn’t work either.

Can you please raise this with the technical team, please?
