Not Receiving Text Messages

Hi, moved to iD and ported my number over yesterday. Since then I haven’t been able to receive any text messages, I can send, but not receive.

Tried everything that I’ve seen on other threads, but still not luck. Any other suggestions?

Cheers for the reply, tried everything though, and still no luck. So spoke to Customer Services and they are sending me out a new SIM Card. Hopefully this will sort it.

New SIM card has been installed, yet still having the same issue.
Although I can now receive texts from a couple of people, and ID texts also seem to be coming through. However if I request any activation codes via text, or get my Wife or Kids to message me, then these don’t come through. Tried sending messages by standard text and RCS but no difference.

I’ve noticed under ‘RCS Chats’ that my number is showing as ‘Trying to verify’. I’ve tried verifying the number manually, but this then sends a Text Message, which i’m not receiving.

Any suggestions?

It may be RCS getting in the way of this, it’ll be worth turning it off for a few days and coming back to it, either way, we’d recommend sharing your experience with the team you’re already with.
