Not recieving messages

I recently switched phones and also switched to ID Mobile, when I went to set up all of my banking apps I was asked to enter a verification code that was sent to my number but no verification codes were coming through.  I can still send and receive messages from other people. 
 

I was wondering if there was any fix to this.

Sorry to hear this, is it just your banking app(s) you’re not receiving verification texts from?
