Not recireving One Time Passcodes (OTPs) from multiple apps

I have just switched to ID Mobile. I am currently not able to receive OTPs (one time passcodes) for a number of apps - these include banking and security apps. They have my correct number and I am able to receive normal messages. Please advise.

Hey there @reecebiggs, we’re very sorry to hear that. When you go into phone settings, does your phone number show correctly?

Are you able to send and receive normal SMS messages okay?

Thanks,

Tyler

Actually, no it isn’t the correct number, however, I am unable to update this in settings? I can receive normal SMS messages.

Hi there, that’s likely the issue, as the iD Mobile number is likely still showing. What phone do you have please? @reecebiggs

Thanks,

Tyler
