not working


My old number that I transferred from giffgaff to ID still doesn't work why and what should I do to make it work I received an SMS that everything is ready but unfortunately it doesn't work

The port may not have fully completed then. But try restarting the phone.

When did you PAC your number over to iD?

 

Because note the transfer times

Give us your PAC or STAC by Switching Date
Monday before 5:30pm Tuesday
Monday 5:30pm - Tuesday 5:30pm Wednesday
Tuesday 5:30pm - Wednesday 5:30pm Thursday
Wednesday 5:30pm - Thursday 5:30pm Friday
Thursday 5:30pm - Friday 5:30pm Monday
Friday 5:30pm - Monday 5:30pm Tuesday

And even on the day of the port transfer it can take up until 10pm on that day.

So you put the PAC in on Monday or you mean using the above times your switching day is Monday?

I put the PAC in on Monday and switch day was yesterday

I tried that and removed the sim, it still won’t connect. No idea what to do

So is the phone showing no service with emergency calls only?

Or iD showing as your network but nothing, is in calls text and data are working?

 

It’s not a Samsung phone by any chance is it?
