nothing phone 2a 256gb, 8gb or 12gb RAM?

Just wondering if the nothing phone 2a 256gb version available from iD mobile comes with 8gb RAM or 12gb RAM? Have searched but can't find a definite answer. The extra cost for the 256gb version would be worthwhile for me if it had more RAM too…
