My daughter had a new phone on ID for Christmas, we submitted the pac code for number transfer to be completed by the 27th. The old phone has gone off network now and the number unavailable but the new phone is still on the old number?

Hey there ​@GaryA, all ports due from 24th December - 29th December are scheduled for 30th December 2024.

 

This is because ports generally take longer over the holiday period. You can find this out here:
