Have just joined the network and my number was due to port across yesterday but it still hasn't. When will this take place?

If your old service provider’s SIM card is still working, your switch might’ve gone wrong, @JThomas61

My suggestion would be to contact customer care, using the online iD Live Chat service - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays, and the iD chatbot works 24/7.

Most ports complete by 10pm on the port date.

However it sounds like there may be a delay or processing issue.

Did you manage to contact the Live Chat Team  for an update?
