I recently changed from o2 to ID and took my old number with me. The number has been disconnected from o2 for over 24 hours but still isn’t working with ID. I can’t access live chat, can’t find a phone number to call and every piece of information I can find on this site is absolutely useless! I cannot receive calls or text messages and can’t even set up and ID account as it says my details do not match your records. This is a really horrible first time experience with a new network because it’s actually impossible to get some bloody help!
