Number not transferring over

I recently changed from o2 to ID and took my old number with me. The number has been disconnected from o2 for over 24 hours but still isn’t working with ID. I can’t access live chat, can’t find a phone number to call and every piece of information I can find on this site is absolutely useless! I cannot receive calls or text messages and can’t even set up and ID account as it says my details do not match your records. This is a really horrible first time experience with a new network because it’s actually impossible to get some bloody help!

I’m sorry to hear this, are you sure the iD Mobile SIM card is the only one in your device?

My problem is the same as abive

 

I cannot receive sms or calls

I’m sorry to hear this, are you sure the iD Mobile SIM card is inserted into your device, having removed your old network’s SIM?

 

What device are you using?
