My PAC hasn’t worked properly and my SMS messages are not going through. It keeps bouncing back saying failed delivery and the number on the settings is not my number which I asked to be transferred over to. Everything else works fine though

    Welcome to the Community!

    Which make and model handset are you using?

    You’ll need to update the number in iMessage or RCS chat depending on the handset you are using.

    When you make a call does the correct number show for the receiver.

    Hi it’s an iPhone 13 I’ve tried changing the number on the settings but it doesn’t work. Yes the right  number comes up when calling
