only deal for my gran who is 90 years old , sim arrived then we gave pac code last Thursday her old Sim card with Asda mobile has disconnected but her if mobile sim has no service at all ? She has been several days without a phone now and lives alone so desperately trying to speak to someone to fix it for her ?
