Number port didn't happen yesterday?. what do i do

I filled in the PAC code to switch my number and it originally said the PAC code had already been used? (I had only asked for it 5 mins before?).. but I got the messages saying my number switch would happen yesterday which I had requested

It didn't though... What do I do now???

Get a new PAC code and try again?

I'm stuck

Edit.. just tried again and still says issue with the information you've provided 🤷... But it's still sending me the message that my swap will happen. I doubt it will... And nobody to talk to??? Not a good start.. Thinking of leaving already.
