Hello,

My number hasn't switched over and I filled out the PAC number when I bought the phone and the transition was yesterday.

I really need my number up and running as I have a newborn and waiting for Dr's and other appointments to get in touch.

Thanks

Is your ‘old’ service provider’s SIM still working, @Siobhan Aspen

Sometimes the iD systems don’t appear to record the switching date when you give iD your PAC at the point-of-purchase. Probably best to contact the iD customer service team for a status update.

This community article might help.

If you use the iD Live Chat service, tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hello @Siobhan Aspen and congratulations!

May sound obvious, but have you simply tried turning the phone off (as in powered down, not just to sleep) and switching it back on?

Do you then see iD as your chosen network?

If you put the SIM in too soon there can be a issue whereby the number allocated to the SIM (not your number) is retained by the phone, could it be this in your case? - does your number show?
