My number switch has not taken place today . Please can you check the status

Ports can take up to 10pm to take place on the port date.

Please get back to us if the port isn’t complete by 10pm today and we can check it out.

Please could you give us a little more information on this?

 

Are you unable to use the port form?

 

Have you scheduled a transfer to happen and it hasn’t? What date for?

Hi Tom

The email I received from ID stated today the 31st December 2024. I bought a new phone, filled my PAC number in and was given today’s date for the transfer of my old 02 number to replace my ID phone number. The welcome back said it would be automatic and would happen today. As of now 16.22. No transfer.

Hi Kash

it has still not gone through ! 
finding it extremely difficult to talk to a human on customer service . I am new to Id mobile and terrible first experience. 
please can you help me out. The transfer was supposed to go though on 31st Dec 24, it’s now almost end of day on 1st Jan 25.

please can you advise

Hey there ​@Parinda295 & ​@Alanm52, please note that due to the holiday period, port’s will take slightly longer than usual to process.

 

Any ports that were due on 31st December for example will complete on Friday 3rd January 2025 (tomorrow).

It should complete between 8am-10pm tomorrow.
