If today is your go live day it can take up until 10pm tonight before the port completes.
You should have noticed the O2 service ending by seeing no service on your old SIM.
Sometimes switching the phone off and on (with the iD SIM in) can kick start the iD service.

The only obvious thing to suggest at this point to is restart your phone with the iD SIM in
