transferring my old number from O2 to iD hasn't been done, who can i speak too?.

If today is your go live day it can take up until 10pm tonight before the port completes.

You should have noticed the O2 service ending by seeing no service on your old SIM.

Sometimes switching the phone off and on (with the iD SIM in) can kick start the iD service.

Alas ​@Neil Clark, nobody if it’s after 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

If you choose the online iD Mobile Live Chat customer support option, just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.


My transfer date was 27,11,24 and before that it was 12,11,24. But still waiting...


The only obvious thing to suggest at this point to is restart your phone with the iD SIM in ​@Neil Clark 

Then maybe hourly during your waking hours. Restarting can sometimes help ‘flick the switch’.
