Number transfer


My partner took out a contract and devise with ID mobile, she used the PAC code to transfer her old number over to her new sim. She has been having issues ever since, when she makes calls or sends sms some times the number provided by ID mobile shows up instead of her original number and when people try to call or txt back the line is dead? Can she have a new sim card replacement please?
