My switching date is today, 20/08/24. But my old number hasn’t transferred over to my new phone. What do I need to do?

Unfortunately UK mobile number transfers don’t happen immediately, @Ben McKenzie

You’ll know iD Mobile have started working on your switch when your old provider’s SIM stops working. 

Sometimes switches to iD aren’t completed until 10pm on the switching date.

As @andewhite has kindly advised, port’s complete between 8am-10pm on the selected date.
