Had text saying number ported over but not the case, phone has new number, have tried removing SIM and restarting etc with no effect ?

Does your old service provider’s SIM still work, @Robert Foggett?

I think I have managed to solve it after reading some previous posts about similar questions, and asking another iphone15 user ! Cheers
