Had text saying number ported over but not the case, phone has new number, have tried removing SIM and restarting etc with no effect ?
Does your old service provider’s SIM still work,
If you’re quick, you might manage to catch customer service today.
Speak to an adviser at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, and type “talk to a person” after connecting (to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot).
Advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
I think I have managed to solve it after reading some previous posts about similar questions, and asking another iphone15 user ! Cheers
