old number not transferred


My old number should of been transferred on 7/5/24.

It's still not transferred

Same here. Different excuse everytime you use online chat to try ad get it sorted.

I've just been on the live chat and she assured me that my number will transfer by tomorrow.

I will just have to wait and see now

Good luck. I just been told I got wait another 48 hours because of technical issues then a few more sentenes down I have been told it was complete yesterday?

Omg! It seems a lot of people are having issues with the transfer of old numbers looking at the messages.

Mine has too. Shame it took 3 online chat sessions, threats to cancel and a complaint to be raised.

I’ve given my pac code for the transfer of my old number to start next Tuesday, but they’ve sent a new number to use to set up the app now, is this right

Supposedly that is correct, however im still waiting for my number to transfer from the temporary one they gave me, to my old one. Should’ve already happened by now and I am still waiting. Quite annoying but nothing is to say you will experience the same issue. Hopefully…

Hi, I’m having to move from EE because they have no mast now in my area, WS10. Having had remove it after land owner telling them he no longer wanted it on their land, I had no trouble getting a eSIM and waiting now till next week to see how the transfer goes over to my old number, so fingers crossed

Hello, I’ve just installed my eSIM having moved from EE, the transfer date is not till tomorrow, do I have to delete my old eSIM now or tomorrow, thanks

Hey there ​@Steve Tolley, we’d recommend deleting it tomorrow, if it’s still usable now.

 

If already not working anymore, the old SIM, then you can de-activate whenever suits you best.

It’s been nearly a month now and my old number has still not been transferred.  Text messages and calls are currently showing my new id number which  is confusing people ! 
what do I need to do please
