Moved to id mobile a few days ago, using a PAC from my old phone company. Most things moved across fine (emails, WhatsApp, etc) but for some reason my texts are being sent from the “holding” number that is mobile clearly gave me. I tried following the instructions from elsewhere in the Help hub but got a snag: I have to click on settings, then tap “phone”. There IS no “phone”. So the rest of it is useless...

If it’s an iPhone you tap:
Settings > Apps > Phone
Probably best to just reset network settings:
- Open ‘Settings’.
- Tap ‘General’.
- Tap ‘Transfer or Reset iPhone’.
- Tap ‘Reset’.
- Select ‘Reset Network Settings’.
- Enter your passcode, then tap ‘Reset Network Settings’.
Log in to the iD Community.
