Old phone number did not transfer to new sim properly, I have two phone numbers at once - Iphone.

I have tried to transfer my old phone number to iD mobile but for some reason on settings it is saying that my phone is still registered to the temporary iD mobile number even though I received the confirmation message that it had been switched. Also when I message people they receive a message from both the temporary number and my old number.
