OTP 

not receiving any one time passcodes , tried all the help on the community. 

messaged the live chat yesterday and nothing still hasn’t been done about it

could i get some help please ?

Hey there ​@ngarratt786, we sincerely apologise for this. Three UK are aware of a network issue currently, affecting some customers from receiving OTP’s.

 

Three UK are working to resolve this issue ASAP for all customers affected. Our apologies for this and we hope this is back working shortly.
