OTP texts no longer veing received.


Recently. No longer receiving OTP codes in a timely manner, might take several hours.

Try turning your phone off once in a while or do a manual roam and select another network until you get an error and then select iD as the network. This re-registers you on the network and forces any pending messages to pull through. If you don’t re-register on the network for a long time this can cause delays in messages coming through.
