Over charges

Hello 

I got my phone contract back in September 2024 with ID mobile  £44 a month with the device. 

Recently, I realised that there's 3 networks charging me around £18 every month. 

Last week, when I rang them to inquire about the charges ,I have been told that the money I'm paying is for the device. 

They told me to contact ID mobile & they will sort out ,but there's no contact number to contact .

Please can someone tells me what's going on.

Hi

The contract is for sim & handset. 

When I bought the contract with ID mobile last year in September, included both sim and handset. 

I contacted you about paying extra money to 3 Network, and they told me to contact ID mobile for more information. 

I need a refund from 3 Network, because I'm paying around £45 per month for contract with ID mobile.

Just to confirm, are you receiving 3 charges including your payments to iD Mobile or are you being charged by iD Mobile and Three?

Thank you very much for your response. 

I have been charged from both ID mobile and Three  3.

I bought the contract from ID mobile including sim & device .

Recently I realised that 3 network also charging me over £18 a month ,while I'm paying over £44 per month to ID mobile. 

Please sort out for me & I need refund my money from Three network since October.

Hi ​@masif9593,

Our contracts include the SIM and handset.

If you are being charged by Three you would need to contact them to locate the account/contract with them if you have one with them separately. We only use the same coverage as Three and any payment to iD Mobile would only show as iD Mobile.

Thank you very much for your response. 

But I already contacted them 3 Network ,they told me they can't do anything unless ID mobile directly approach them.

Therefore, my humble request to you  guys is to contact 3 Network and solve the issue.

Did you ever have a contract with THREE, and if so, did you port your number over from THREE to iD Mobile ​@masif9593?

The only reason I can think of for THREE referring you to iD Mobile is if the THREE account wasn’t closed properly as a result of a porting issue. In this instance, THREE would be correct in telling you to speak with ID Mobile because, as the gaining provider, they are responsible for any issues that arise as a result of the porting process.

I’m a little confused, if you’ve been charged by Three UK and wish to dispute that, you’ll speak directly to Three UK. We wouldn’t have any access or control over what Three UK charge you.
