Hi

I transfered over from EE 6 days ago, I was told my transfer of number would be completed by 10pm on 3/1/2025, this still hadn't been completed and I desperately need it doing for work otherwise nobody will be able to contact me. Does anybody know how to get this resolved??

You can speak to an adviser on Live chat (Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to bypass the questions)…….

Please be aware that the connection to an adviser (and any replies) may take some time as they are handling other customer queries at the same time. They will only start a chat with you when they are free to do so and this can take >30 mins so you need to be patient.

Have you had the you’re all good to go text yet from iD?

 

If not, try restarting the phone. If it still isn’t showing iD as your network or shows no service then as above.
