Hi there, 

I recently switched contracts and when I purchased my new phone, I received a pac code and activated this. However a few days later I am still being charged by my old network as well yourselves. Why has this not been activated yet? I have been very frustrated about this. I spoke to my old network, and I got a new pac code. I do not want to be charged anymore on the old network, can this please be resolved?
