pac code error


Hi I am not able to progress on the pac code page,  it says something went wrong please help thanks

@M_Qasim ​@Heds333  Hi guys is it because you haven't got the transaction  code to continue ? Or is it just the pac code page itself? 

In either case what I suggest you do is go to live chat & let them help resolve this for you !

I had the same problem myself on Monday morning & i spoke to the live chat team member who took my details & said I would receive a text by 6pm on Tuesday to say my number had been transferred to my delight my old number was transferred over Tuesday morning .🙂

To ensure this works correctly you will need to ensure the following is correct;

 

  • Your are completing the request here
  • Your last name matches the account
  • Your transaction number is correct and begins with the number 4
