I’ve switched from O2 to ID mobile and I’m unable to change my old number to my new phone. I have entered my PAC code, old number and new number into the ID mobile PAC code system and it isn’t working. Every time it says there’s an error. I’m not sure why all the details are correct. I have also not selected a date. I have used the number starting with 4 also. Haven’t received a message to tell me switch is on the way.
