PAC CODE isnt working


I tried to change my number to my old number.I went to curry’s for my brand new phone and they said it will be done in 3 days.Its been 3 months now and when I tried to use a new pack code it says I should wait longer.I don’t know why its doing this.If anyone can help that’s good.Thank you for reading

Probably best to resolve this PAC issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser, ​@Dashen

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
