PAC code not working


Hello, 

 

I'd like to purchase a phone contract with ID mobile however my PAC code is not working at the checkout. I don't want to proceed with the purchase if my number isn't set up. My previous provider gave the 9-digit PAC today so it's not expired. I've noticed this is a common issue across the ID mobile community. Can anybody explain why please? How can I fix it?

Okay @maisiee.b, I suggest waiting before you switch your number to iD Mobile. 

Get your new handset + iD SIM and test this in the places you want to use your phone - make sure everything works as you’d expect. 

If it does, use your PAC - if it does not, return your purchase within the cooling off period.
