pac code request

I have received my mobile today and got my pac code and put the request through to change my new number to my old one however after submitting the request I have changed my mind to stick with the new phone number. Does anybody know how I can cancel the request before it’s processed tomorrow. Thanks

Can’t text  ‘pac’  65075 as sim doesn’t work at all

The iD online Live Chat service - ask an iD adviser for your PAC (don’t ask the 24/7 chatbot). 

Otherwise, send a private message to iD Mobile using Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter).

Alternatively, wait here for someone from iD Mobile to respond (but it could take several days or even weeks to get a PAC this way).
