PAC code submitted but phone hasn't switched yet.


How long should it take? Submitted it on Wednesday and today is Friday. Something has happened because the old network has been cut off. I now have two phones with no connection whatsoever. How long until ID is activated?

There’s currently a major network failure affecting iD Mobile, @yesiamrich - perhaps that’s why you’ve not got a network connection yet.

Anyway, the iD Mobile switching timeframes are:

Just checking if this is resolved and the port has completed?

It may be worth restarting the handset to see if that resolves the issue.

Nope. Still waiting since Wednesday. Network can't be down for 4 days surely?

Which network have you moved from?

 

With the recent outage there has been a delay with some ports from the O2 network which are being looked into by our team.
