I’m trying to switch my number over from three and have entered all the information correctly  including my PAC code but I keep getting an error message saying the information is incorrect. Does anyone know how to fix it? I’m using my 44 transaction number that I got from the welcome email.

Is your PAC code also less than 30-days old? If you can also try your last name all in capital letters on the switching form, this can help.

Alternatively, the live chat team will be able to take your details and process the number port for you.
