No matter how many times I try switching my old number to ID I am greeted with the same error saying it couldn't process my PAC. It's definitely right so I don't know what the issue is, been trying for ages to fix this now so any help is appreciated

The text message was from ID confirming my switch would happen on a previous date, however I didn't get a message from EE (old provider) that my PAC code had been submitted so I guess something had gone wrong. The code is still in its validity period

If your EE SIM card is still working, then iD Mobile have not begun working on your switch, @Rhysleach.

Have you contacted iD customer service for assistance?

You can get in-touch at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hey there @Rhysleach, welcome to Community!

Please ensure you’re using the transaction code beginning with “4” within you welcome to iD email from us.

If you don’t have this, or this doesn’t work, please let us know.

Thanks,

Hey Tyler. Thanks for replying, i am using a transaction code beginning with 4, it lets me select the transfer date and I even get the text that the switch will happen, but it never does.

A PAC is single use only, and can only be used during the PAC validity period, @Rhysleach

Was the text message about your switch from your old service provider, or iD Mobile?
