No matter how many times I try switching my old number to ID I am greeted with the same error saying it couldn't process my PAC. It's definitely right so I don't know what the issue is, been trying for ages to fix this now so any help is appreciated

The text message was from ID confirming my switch would happen on a previous date, however I didn't get a message from EE (old provider) that my PAC code had been submitted so I guess something had gone wrong. The code is still in its validity period
If your EE SIM card is still working, then iD Mobile have not begun working on your switch,
