I am having an issue switching my phone number from my old provider to ID.
The website threw an error after I enter my PAC Number originally, however I received a text indicating the switch would happen yesterday, so I trusted it to occur, which it did not.
I now have no way to contact you for support, as your chat bot isn’t helpful in this scenario, and wont let me speak to a human.
I’ve also had issues creating this query on the forum adding to the frustration.
Any support would be much appreciated!
