I pay via the app when payment is due , once paid I try to set the direct debit up but says I have to make payment when I have done so? 

 

I have called up and got a lady to set one up , to realize nothing came out on the 18th. 

 

Still shows I haven't paid the bill and phone have been turned off? Nothing outstanding can someone help

Hi ​@Laura Heyes, as a general rule a direct debit will need to be set up around 10 days before your payment is due, as this is how long it can take to set up with your bank.

If payment has been made, it’s also possible that your account will need to manually be unbarred by a member of the team.

Regarding the app, go to apps, find the iD app, click on it and clear the cache, then open it again, does it now work?

If payment has been made, it’s also possible that your account will need to manually be unbarred by a member of the team.
