Personal details not recognised

I need to order a new sim but ID mobile doesn’t recognise my person details ie phone, email and DOB. How to I access my account?

Are you trying to order a replacement SIM card or a new plan/order?

 

Does it give this error when registering to the app?

I am trying to log in using telephone number, name, dob and it says not recognizing my details, but they are correct. There isn’t anywhere that I can reset, pls help I want to increase the data on my SIM only
