phone call pronlem


I’m having problems making phone calls . I can receive calls and send messages but I cannot call out .

I’m having this exact same issue since four o clock was on the phone and it cut out then tried calling back and revived the sorry your service doesn’t allow calls to this number but was working fine beforehand now can’t contact anyone through phone

Exactly the same time as me !! 
I was calling my wife on the way home from work and it just cut off. When I try calling now, it just says “ sorry, your service does not allow access to this number” 

it will allow me to message though , but maybe that’s through iMessage. 
I won’t be paying my bill this month

Yes this is what happend to me, I thought it was something wrong with my phone but having reading this it’s clearly an ongoing issue and I’m with you on that I shall not be paying either why should we pay for a service that doesn’t allow us to use what we paid for I’ve never had a problem up until today but I will deffo be switching as soon as I can

I totally agree , why should we pay for a service they cannot provide . 
same here , first time it’s gone off today , but I have noticed it seems to be getting slower and slower now on the internet too.

I can understand how your all getting frustrated by this problem 😒 but have any of you checked on the coverage checker to see if there's a issue in your area ? 

Believe me if you change networks you won't be any better off especially if your on  contract trust .e I've just bought myself out if a useless network that was overpriced & definitely overated.

I’ve checked on there and it says it is fine . 
my daughter is on the same network, yet it’s not affected hers at all .

@Rory1973 I know it's a pain trust me 1st of all have you & your daughter got the same phones ? 

 take your sim out of your phone & try it in your daughters phone & try it just to make sure there's not a problem with either your sim card or the actual phone ?  Because it's strange your daughters phones OK & yours is not

I have also noticed it being slower too hopefully it fixes its self as my friends is working too the connection in my area is all up and running so you mind me asking what phone you have

I have the iPhone 15 . Same phone as my daughter . But her phone is fine

I also have the iPhone 15 I’ve been think all day there’s something wrong with my phone it’s an on going issue apparently been happening for a while has your problem been sorted yet or is it still not working mines still not working as of yet

My phone actually came back on about 6pm this evening. 
it’s not the phone, but I don’t understand why my daughter , who has the same phone and contract, hers was fine

@Rory1973  Hi again that's really strange if your daughters phone is ok & yours is not ! 

I used to have a iPhone but ive reverted back to android which I'm more happier with now ! 

But thinking about it has your iPhone got the latest update in it as I know apple have just updated the ios I think it should be 18.2 now ! 

If you have the same issue again where your daughters phones OK & yours is not try turning the airplane mode to on for about 10 seconds then turn it off again & see if that solves it .

I really can't think of what else to suggest ? Apart from taking it to a apple store & see what they suggest
