My phone does not connect to the network and I can only access data if I have WiFi or am tethered to another phone.

 

Can you please look in to this.

You need to raise issue with them via CHAT page, not a users forum.

Hi ​@jbparkstreet, it sounds like your SIM card is faulty. It may be worth trying a replacement.

You’ll be able to pick up a replacement SIM at any local Currys store. Alternatively, one can be delivered to your home address.

It’s also worth resetting your network settings to see if this reboots the connection.
