The phone I have bought from you is not charging anymore. I had an issue with this after a few days of buying the phone and fixed this. The issue had now come back again. It is not the chargers as they work on my brothers phone (same model iPhone). I am not going in to my local curry’s as I will have to be paying for a repair when it is not something that I have caused to be repaired. This is clearly an issue that happens often with idmobile as there is other questions/ reviews stating this. Can I have an exchange phone
