Phone got stolen - Insurance company asking for Proof of Usage document confirming the make and model of the device, the first and last dates the device was used with your SIM card, along with the IMEI number and/or serial number.

My insurance company has asked me to get the Proof of Usage document from ID Mobile that confirms the make and model of the device, the first and last dates the device was used with your SIM card, along with the IMEI number and/or serial number. Can someone please assist me with this?

just to let you know i have same request

however, I’ve been dealing with the exact same issue! I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and have also received incorrect proof of usage documents. Despite explaining the situation and providing all the necessary details, I still haven’t been able to get the correct information, which is causing delays with my insurance claim.

It’s been really frustrating, as I keep getting the wrong information or details for a different device. It seems like the issue isn’t getting resolved, no matter how many times I reach out.
