Hello @Nicola Mcgarty

Thank you for getting in touch.

We are very sorry to hear the phone has been stolen.

Have you been able to report the SIM as stolen to have it deactivated?

If not, please do let us know and we will be happy to help.

Thanks,

Natalie

@Nicola Mcgarty  Also if you've not done so already please report this matter to the police and get a crime number. If you've insurance on the device you will also need the crime reference number to give to your insurance company as this will delay any compensation if you haven't reported to the police.

Hi @Nicola Mcgarty

The contract would unfortunately still run as normal, even if the device itself is lost/stolen.
