Phone keeps going to emergency calls only

Sorry to hear this, does this happen everywhere or just in certain areas?

I live in ch35ul which is Chester city centre ish but it constantly happens all over it very annoying every time I need to call someone its not working and Sod’s Law when people call me it’s answer phone.  I wouldn’t have changed over if I’d known. Is there any reason for such poor service. ?????

Hi, my phone is currently displaying ‘emergency calls only’.

I have only had my phone for 7 days, so its not a great start.
