My phone keeps going to emergency calls only. Never happened with O2 having just changed to iD mobile it's really frustrating especially when trying to keep in touch with Important hospital appointments

I live in ch35ul which is Chester city centre ish but it constantly happens all over it very annoying every time I need to call someone its not working and Sod’s Law when people call me it’s answer phone.  I wouldn’t have changed over if I’d known. Is there any reason for such poor service. ?????

I can’t see any issues in the area. 

Please can you advise if you have tested the SIM in a different handset?

It may also be worth us sending out a replacement SIM in case the SIM is faulty.

Furthermore, please take a look at our network partner Three's network status checker, which will show if there is any maintenance or performance upgrades going on in your area. If the website states that's the case, then it's likely that this is disrupting your coverage, and we hope that this is resolved soon for you.
