Hello, when my order was accepted, the phone was dispatched on the 22nd october 2024 but on the 23rd october, currys had requested for the parcel to be returned back to them from DPD so now it continues to say on the tracking details that “the parcel is on its way back from currys” but no new delivery date has been given to me, so i don’t know what’s going on with the phone order.
I didn’t get any updates on the new delivery date from DPD from ID Mobile or Currys and i need the new phone urgently for work.
