phone number


Hi there, I asked for my number to be transferred over today. I never had any confirmation of this happening… I just want to make sure it will. I rely on my phone for work a lot

Okay @Eve Wickens, if your old service provider’s SIM card is still working, then iD Mobile haven’t begun your switch yet.

Alternatively, if your old provider’s SIM card is INACTIVE, iD Mobile are working on your switch.
