My phone number from Three not ported

I have a new phone number from ID but don't want that one

Hey there @Gail Smith, welcome to Community!

 

All ports complete between 8am-10pm on the selected port-in date.

 

All contracts with us or any network come with a new phone number initially, whether you’re transferring your number to us or not. If you do transfer your number over, it’ll simply replace the iD number.
